Rather than talking about your job, joke around and show off.
It’s straightforward for a girl to see the difference between a pleasant guy and a guy who’s the exact opposite of nice. In a flash, she realizes that he is different from all of the other men she’s met in the past. To explain, this guy gets it. He’s confident and funny, he’s independent, and he’s got his act together. Listen to me when I say that women go for confidence more than looks and money in a man.
So modify your personality and become more confident and fun to be with. When women realize you are a cut above the nice crowd, they’ll heat up to you before you know it.
